This week at the Daniels 5

Lets start with "Boy"

They got bunk beds this week. As we are finishing up the process of putting the suckers together, he claps his hands like a gitty school girl oozing with excitement, and proclaims his adoration for us for getting him such a cool bed! Crawls into bed with not a smidgen of reservation, sleeps like an angel and we find him in the morning snuggled down with Cameron Eli Come Back Here on the bottom bunk. When asked if he slept down there all night he states "No, but the sun came up! so I came down here with Cam." Later that day I caught him spitting from the top bunk down onto Cameron Eli Come Back Here who was on the bottom bunk. Saying very calmly "eww, yuck, stop, eww, yuck, stop" (not cool with the mom or Cam)

Now on ot "Cameron Eli Come Back Here"

We had a melt down at bed time because we couldn't find his humpback whales. They are those great animal figurines that you can pick up at Target or we found you can also get them at Tractor Supply (love that place). The Humpback whales are his thing and he has to have them on his bed most every night. Well we couldn't find them anywhere, they had just returned from a weekend visit with the Nanny and Papa, Please God don't let them be back at their house. After more than 30 minutes of searching the house and van and yard Daddy finally found them tucked in a little side pocket on Bailey's Playpen! Hooray for Daddy! Daddy brings them up to Cameron who very politely states "Sanks Daddy!... Yous so smart!" Followed up by "Boy" proclaiming "Daddy is the smartest ever!"

Another Cameron funny! While out in the yard playing ball of the tee, I was encouraging him and cheering him on! "Way to go, Cam! Great Job!" He says, "Way to Go, ME!" and runs after his ball!

and Baby Rae:

She has decided that she can climb anything and everything, she still hasn't climbed out of her crib, yet, but I'm sure it won't be long. But she can climb up the bunk bed Ladder! and Cameron can push her off, and she can recover from a fall nicely.

She is either a complete goofball or having a fit about not getting her way. Her Favorite thing to do outside is to hold a rock in each hand and one in her mouth. As well as sitting in the Flinestone cars.

There is no dispute at our house over who owns the Flintstone car. H-Bomb would eat dinner in that thing if we let it in the house. And bunk beds, great space saver but don't get me started. Oy!

P.S. Saw your crew in church this week and got all excited but then didn't see my Cuz. Boo!
