I asked her if she would color my hair for me, I have been wanting a lighter shade of hair since Bailey was born. Well I was thinking along the lines of a light brown base, maybe a dark blond base with some highlights!
cough.....cough......cough!
THIS IS WHAT I GOT!
Brace yourself
are you ready?
ok here it is.....
It looked so bad I couldn't even stand the thought of looking at the camera when I took this picture this very morning. Yes that is me with as, Cameron Eli Come Back Here says, yeyyow hair. He actually stated, mommy I don't like your haiw yeyyow, i want it bwown. (me to buddy, me too)
i actually slept in a do-rag all night because I couldn't bare the thought of waking up in the morning and seeing myself in the mirror.
I don't know what she was thinking she was going to get when she put 30 volume bleach on my hair. So at 8:30 this morning we made the 23 mile drive into New Hartford to the Cosmo Prof to purchase some Toner and developer and about $100 worth of other random beauty supplies to get my yeyyow hair under control.
as of 2:30 pm, this is what I look like now

Yikes! Amazing difference though what you were able to do later! I had hilights done off and on before I got married and "she'd" put it back to a 'normal' color for the winter. The last time 'she' did it...was right before I got married and it was SOOO dark! Lots of washing!
That is probably the worst dye job I have ever seen. Was that the MIL again?
I'm not at liberty to say Pamela!
Oy! Reminds me of the time The Missus wound up with Trailer Park Pink hair for a while. I think it's OK to mention that cause I'm pretty sure she blogged about it.
I must say, it looks even better in person. Thanks for waiting/talking with us the other day. I wish we could have stayed longer.
oops!! I flew so fast to the bottom of the page to comment on the dye job that I commented to the wrong post! Makes me sound like a vindictive @#$%*. Read the one from the March 9 post. Love you (No really I do)
OH MY GOOD GOD!
I think I might have nightmares tonight.
It was a very good idea to have that "fixed" because you look great now!
