SNOWING!
I'm ready for the snow to stop already. Although it is beautiful and I love it best when it sticks to every little twig and tree branch. BUT, I'm really getting tired of the bundling, and whining about boots, and the protests of "its to cold mommy!" and WIND, and cold.
I'm ready for shorts and flipflops and t-shirts, and fun in the yard, and gardening. I'm ready for summer. I'm ready for beautiful flowers, and parades, and picnics, and swimming, and SunTANS (lord knows i need one). I'm ready for eating out side on the picnic table (we don't have one but if we did we would eat out at the picnic table). I'm ready for windows being open and light breezes blowing. I'm ready for trees w/ leaves and lawn chairs and tricycles. I'm ready for lawn mowing (I love mowing lawn, people think I'm crazy, Right Babe?, but I love it) I'm ready for creek walking and throwing stones in the water and feeding the ducks at the lake. And Camping, I want to take the kids camping this summer for a couple nights.
WHO'S WITH ME!

AMEN!
except we don't even get snow. just coldness.
I feel like cutting and pasting your whole post to my blog page.
I am OVER winter.
I like to mow too. I think it is therapeutic.....unless I am trying to keep an eye on the kids at the same time. No thanks.
What is it? If the ground hog sees his shadow it's another six weeks of winter, and if he doesn't it's a month and a half?
Unless, of course, you live in Western New York where it's not uncommon to have it SNOW ON MOTHERS' DAY!
Hang in there Cuz, these arms are longing for the handle of a mower too.
