Thanks to the bossofthings/missus/snarkyone for posting about her babes getting sick and vomiting! somehow you were able to pass the disease through the internet and infect our house hold! athankyouverymuch!
I had posted about his already and it was much whitter than this becuase I wrote it on Wednesday morning after being up all night but some how it didn't make it to my post page and I couldn't find it in cyberspace so her I am 2 days later trying to recall my post, this one did't turn out so well, sorry:
After being up all night Tuesday night with Cameron barfing (as he calls it) I took on wednesday with not so much excitement as I was wishing for! We were planning on making the 3 1/2 hour drive to Houghton to pick up our favorite cousin Jackie (also the mr and missus favorite babysitter) so she could spend her fall break with us. After our great night of repeated barfing and cleaning it up and barfing and cleaning it up and barfing and cleaning it up, we called Jackie to let her now of the unfortunate situation we had found ourselves in. She insisted that she didn't care she just really wanted to get out of school for 4 days. So after communicating to her that Cameron couldn't even make it 30 minutes with out barfing his guts up I told her we would give it till noon and then call her back with the update.
Well after 9:30 am the barfing stopped and Cam seemed to be coming around. So we loaded up and called Jackie that we were on our way.
3 1/2 hours in the car with 3 children sleeping (Thank you God for that) makes it really hard to stay awake ones self, so after rumbling the rumble strips on the I-90 I decided i better start calling people to talk to. Thanks to other cousin Cassie for entertaining me for 1 1/2 hours with tails about her infamous In-Laws we all made it to Houghton and Cameron made a complete recovery. We gathered Jackie and all her dirty laundry and have hauled her off to our lovely little town for the rest of the week.
so today is Thursday and so for so good the rest of us are feeling good, no barf has infected the rest of us.
I think it might have been the 1/2 lb of raisns the he had eaten on tuesday night. You can only imagine how great they look on white sheets at 1:30 in the morning, and then again on blue sheets, and then again on my shoulder, and the couch, and then the towels and then my other shirt.
So we are off the gather some pumpkins to carve wish us luck!

Don't blame me for you kid eating like his daddy. I wasn't playing any "hee hee, eat all of mama's raisins" game with him.
But, then again, puke is gross, so poor you. And I was hoping Jackie was going to be here, after all, because the short people have been giving me a TIME of it lately.
Oh, cleaning up puke is just the worst thing ever. Well, maybe cleaning poop is just as bad. I am so glad that the others haven't come down with it. (knock on wood for ya) I swear one of the worst parts of one of my kids being sick is the dread of the others coming down with it too.
which usually happens.
You and the Mister and Missus need to start talking about more than gross bodily functions. :) Although I do think Brother Snipes would find it all very funny.
Oh, by the way. Thanks for the MK
