small blessings

So Hayden has this very bad habit of saying "Alllriight" when you tell him to do something, which totally sends Brian through the roof. He hasen't done it in a while, yesterday, he is layin on my bed while I'm putting clothes away and he come out of know where with; "Mom, I'm not going to say 'Alllriight' anymore, ok!" I was totally blown away! We have been butting heads lately and it just seems like we both piss eachother off equally. I mean in probably a weeks time I have not had to say anything to him about saying "Allriight" so it caught me totally of guard.

Wow...the best part of the whole thing is that about 2 hours later I asked him to do something, and he said "it" and he instantly said "oops, sorry, I said I wasn't going to do that anymore.

Small blessings.

hahahhahaha, Oh my gosh, while sitting here at my computer, the sun just broke through the clouds exposing some "poor mans lace" guess I need to pay more attention when I dust!

blog? what's a blog?

blog, what's a blog, do I have a blog, how does one write a blog?

Oh that's right, way back before summer started I used to do this thing religiously and up date the masses of people that read about my kids antics on an almost daily basis. Yea, well that ain't happening now. I'm doing this little thing called graduate school, which so far doesn't really feel like graduate school. (don't tell my professor, its already flexing my brain muscle a little to much, I've had a headach going on 1 straight week) don't worry it will feel like graduate school next week when I have to start the case study portion for my one class. Case study, what the freak is a case study. sorry that's my brain wiggin out everytime I start think about it. Good new is thus far i have straight A's! WOW that a first, never been a straight A student. Although I have to say I never really tried to be a straight A student. Does anyone really look at your individual grades from college? NO! but they do look at the bottom line...mine being a 2.75 from undergrad, Damn that freshmen year!

Well here is to another month before I post anything on my blog again! just be patient I'll be back after 21 more credit hours are paid for and taken!

M R Ducks, M R Not! M R Nanny Teaching Cameron Bad Words! Well I'll Be....M R Bad Words!

so first up, I tried my darnedest to start my microwave on fire this week. Don't try and make Chex Mix in the microwave. Just stick to the original recipe. Nuf Said, K!?

Second, Cameron got to spend this week w/ my parents and Uncle Benny! and who does he get his swear words from?

No not Papa (surprisingly)

No not Uncle Benny (Very surprisingly)

NANNY! (should have known)

So I've been told the story goes like this:

Nanny and Papa in the kitchen discussing some health insurance matter. Nanny is starting to get aggravated w/ health insurance companies use of verbiage in the letter that was sent states to Papa:"Are you shittin me?"

Cameron comes from the back room and asks:

"Papa!... are you shittin Nanny?"

Nanny and Papa "That's 3 Take a break" Small pictures have BIG EARS you know!

so we are also heading out on our very first Daniels Family Camping Adventure (DFCA) . we could come up w/ a very catchy acronym for that (The first thing that comes to my mind though is: Dumb F***ers Camping Association I'm sorry that's just wrong). Aaannnywho, I'm really excited about going. The kids are jazzed up and I have made our list of preparations and checked it twice so I think we will survive for 3 days and 2 nights in the wilds of Chenango County, NY!

New pics are from our week at Rushford Lake, NY the boys got to drive the boat! How exciting! They are such Scurvy Naives! We're on a pirate kick lately! AAARRRRR!

They just keep coming.....

After taking the kids to Rough-N-Tumble today (check link) we were on our way home and Cameron had been acting seriously goofy and Hayden had about enough of it and this is how the conversation goes:

H: Cam, I need to talk to you.

C: speaking gibberish and non-sense (which absolutely pisses Hayden off, which is Cam's whole goal in life right now)

H: Cam, I need to talk to you.

C: continuing to speak gibberish and non-sense

H: Cameron, I need to talk to you!

C: (just as calm and collected as he could be) OK Hayden. What's your problem?

Hayden states something insignificant asserting his type A personality and Cameron fires back with : What's your deal?
